RETURN POLICY
eLUXE offers complimentary return shipping. We are pleased to accept timely returns of unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged items within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Returns outside this time frame may be accepted at the discretion of eLUXE and, if accepted, will only be refunded as store credit. NOTE : Items marked final sale may not be returned/exchanged.

PRODUCT CARE
Returned merchandise must have all tags attached. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags must be included with your return. Shoes must be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.

EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative size or style, you must return it and purchase the new item

separately. We will gladly ship your new merchandise immediately. We will bill your credit card for the new merchandise and refund your credit card for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
eLUXE makes every effort to display and photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate. All our products are quality controlled before they are delivered to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact our Customer Experience Centre.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Experience Centre within 3 hours of making your purchase at 1.855.977.3325. We will do our best to accommodate your request. NOTE : Our shipping systems are designed to get orders out quickly and efficiently. We CANNOT change or cancel an order that has entered into the shipping process.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE : A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER FOR YOU R ITEM(S) IS MANDATORY.

1. Request an RMA number within 14 days of receiving your order by signing into your account; then, click 'details' on the order and select the pieces you would like to return or exchange.

2. You will immediately receive an email confirming receipt of your request for an RMA.

3. Once your request is approved, you will immediately receive an email with your RMA number, plus detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
